Established engineering firm has an opening for a Structural Engineering Manager. In this position, you will provide project management, design expertise, develop/maintain client relationships, and leadership.

Duties:
* Develop project budgets and workload forecasts
* Coordinate project schedules
* Guide project kick-off meetings
* Coach/mentor team members
* Delegate duties to all team members

Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an ABET/EAC accredited program
* Experience in the commercial and/or industrial sector
* Professional Engineer (PE) License
* Strong communication skills
