Sr. Mechanical Engineer (Solidworks)

Busy manufacturing and engineering firm has an opening for a Senior Mechanical Engineer. Direct hire position with excellent benefits!

Duties:
* Develop project plans and testing procedures
* Participate with R&D team to produce new products
* Utilize Solidworks to develop designs and test designs

Requirements:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred)
* Metal (machined/stamped) and plastic (molds/injection) experience required
* Solidworks proficiency required
* Experience with design for manufacturing and assembly (DFx)
* FEA Design and Analysis (stress testing) is a plus
* Ability to pass a criminal background check
