Duties:
- Under the direction of the director of industrial sales, facilitate inside and outside sales operations with internal resources
- Facilitate customer inquiries pertaining to Service Division – includes parts work order, shipping status, service & warranty work orders, installation work orders, damage claims, etc.
- Communicate status of parts, service, and customer requests to appropriate account manager and/or regional sales manager
- Monitor status of engineering drawings
- Communicate delivery status to customers
- Leverage internal resources to provide responses to technical questions
Requirements:
- AAS degree preferred (Business-related degree a plus)
- 2+ years of experience in account management, inside sales, or customer service within a manufacturing company
- Experience working with at ERP system
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) experience
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
Salary: $54-56K
