Professional Engineer – Structural (hybrid)

Established engineering firm has an opening for a Senior Structural Engineer. In this position, you will provide project management, design expertise, develop/maintain client relationships, and leadership. Direct hire position!

Duties:
* Develop project budgets and workload forecasts
* Coordinate project schedules
* Guide project kick-off meetings
* Coach/mentor team members
* Delegate duties to all team members

Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an ABET/EAC accredited program
* 2+ years of experience in the commercial and/or housing sector
* Professional Engineer (PE) License or ability to obtain within a year
* Strong communication skills
