Duties:
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the human resources department – includes recruiting, recordkeeping, and general administrative support
- Maintain HRIS system records and compile reports
- Assist with the recruitment and interviewing process
- Update and maintain employee electronic personnel files (primarily digitalized)
- Perform periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately
- Address verification of employment requests
- Provide administrative support to the Safety Manager
- Assist with misc. social media HR functions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (HR focus a big plus)
- 0-4 years of experience
- Entry-level candidates with a Human Resources-related degree are welcome to apply!
- Microsoft Office 365 proficiency (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
