Engineering Staff Lead – A/E firm

Busy engineering consulting firm has an opening for a Mechanical Engineering Lead. Direct-hire position with excellent benefits!

Duties:
* Assist Group A/E Principal and A/E Discipline Leader with resource allocation and staffing levels
* Mentor/train staff
* Corporate standards development
* Manage projects

Requirements:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Architecture
* Experience with government, industrial, utilities and healthcare projects preferred
* P.E. license or Licensed Architect required
* Leadership/management skills
