Drywall Estimator – commercial

Busy specialty contractor has an opening for a Drywall Estimator. Direct hire position with excellent benefits and bonuses!

Duties:
* Review blueprints and specifications to determine project requirements
* Ability to travel to project sites to take measurements
* Create detailed estimates including labor, materials and overhead costs
* Develop proposals to present to clients
* Negotiate contracts and close sales

Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
* Minimum of three years of commercial drywall estimation and sales experience
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints
* Experience with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
* Must have a valid driver’s license
