Growing MEP firm has an opening for a BIM Manager / Developer.  Direct hire position with competitive benefits!

Company is currently working a hybrid schedule – 3 days in the office / 2 days remote.

Duties:

• Lead and develop company-wide BIM technologies for the mechanical and electrical groups
• Create, modify, and develop Revit families, schedules, and content
• Manage and develop Revit templates
• Manage project and shared parameters
• Write and manage Dynamo scripts and/or Revit API codes
• Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting of BIM related tasks
• Create and maintain BIM procedures, standards, workflows, training material, and presentations
• Perform training for new and existing employees
• Work with IT and Autodesk/Revit Sales Reps on licensing and support

Requirements:

• Associates Degree in a CAD discipline preferred
• 2+ years of BIM management/development experience
• Strong Revit experience
• AutoCAD, Navisworks, RF Tools, and Bluebeam experience preferred
• Basic understanding of mechanical and/or electrical drafting/design practices
• Dynamo, Python, or other code languages experience a plus
• Revit certification a plus)
