Opening for a Pro-E Modeler on a short term temporary assignment (3-4 months). Our client is in need of a Mechanical Drafter with strong Pro-E skills to create part designs of engine components. Job duties will include creating/detailing engineering drawings, create/update BOM’s & ECN’s in Pro-E, update virtual assemblies.Requires 4000hr+ of recent Pro-E experience, GD&T, BOM experience.

Work will include the design of products or modification to existing products along with test coordination, engineering analysis (e.g. capability studies, tolerance stacks), and PPAP reviews. Will provide direction to designers and external suppliers.Requirements: Experience in project management and new product development with a focus on automotive design is preferred. This electrical technician will help in the troubleshooting & installation of large industrial machinery. Desire previous experience with CNCs, servos & spindles & PLCS. Should have familiarity with basic electronic test equipment, electrical schematics, ladder logic and hydraulic diagrams. Involves maximum 25-30% travel (large percentage of that is local). After 3 months the person hired joins the electrical union.

Test Engineer will research, develop, create, plan, coordinate, implement, improve, and maintain electronic control systems, test systems, process monitoring systems, and data collection systems used in production. This person will also analyze, initiate, and lead all phases of manufacturing engineering projects, particularly those related to electromechanical products and equipment. Provides technical assistance and troubleshooting to maintenance personnel as needed when problems occur. Develops and specifies requirements for new assembly, test, or automation equipment. Well also function as an Operations software consultant on any new development projects, working closely with manufacturing engineers and designated contractors. BSEE preferred.Duties:

The primary purpose for this person is to work as an assistant to the EHS Director as the onsite manager to the Milwaukee area manufacturing facilities. This person will work with an existing safety system, will investigate actual onsite practices, manage audits, and direct solutions. This person will also implement changes in the health and safety program.
