Engineering/manufacturing company has an immediate opening for a Project Coordinator. Contract-direct position.
Duties:
- Help coordinate the manufacturing, building, and delivery of custom machinery
- Provide support to engineering, manufacturing, and project management teams
- Generate and maintain custom equipment schedules
- Act as the main point-of-contact for customers and distribute communications internally
- Schedule meetings/visits
- Take meeting notes
- Collect project information and generate Change Orders
- Organize shipping arrangements
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience supporting/coordinating manufacturing projects
- Experience with mechanical/electrical components, machine building, and/or manufacturing processes preferred
- MRP/ERP experience a plus
- Detail-oriented
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Experience reviewing engineering/manufacturing blueprints a plus
- Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word experience
- Experience in transportation and logistics is a plus
- Ability to pass a background check
