Our client has a new opportunity for a Network Technician. In this position, you will work closely with internal customers as the initial point-of-contact for questions and problems pertaining to software and desktop computer hardware, hardware maintenance/repair, desktop system setup/configuration and documentation. This position will also work closely with the Information Technology and Network Engineer/Administrator primarily on the networking side (Cisco (UCS, HyperFlex, iWan, switches, routers), LAN, WAN). Strong written and verbal communication skills and good internal customer service skills are required. Must be able to troubleshoot Microsoft related problems and be familiar with SharePoint, Action Directory and Exchange 2016. Hours are 8:00am-5:00pm.
Must have at least 5 years of on-the-job experience and technical certifications in at least four of the below systems;
