Engineering company has an opening for an Office Manager. Contract-direct position.
**Manage all office activities ensuring organization-wide effectiveness and efficiency
**Will be responsible for all daily tasks that support running the business ranging from event planning and coordination, supporting various executives and departments, and performing various clerical duties
**Foster and support a welcoming environment for all visitor and staff as they enter/exit the building and while answering the phone.
**Provide administrative support to various executives and departments as needed.
**Streamline administrative duties and promote activities and processes that enhance operational procedures.
**Plan and coordinate corporate events, meetings and other office activities.
**Perform various clerical duties to include but not limited to: processing invoices in a timely manner, managing time off, creating and maintaining files, maintaining office and kitchen supply inventory, sorting and distributing mail and other various duties to support business operations.
**Assist various staff with travel arrangements.
**Prepare and set up workstations for new employees.
**4+ years of related administrative support/office management experience
**Must have strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
**Ability to type 60+ WPM
**Associates Degree a plus
**Ability to pass a background check and drug test
