Perform misc. administrative duties for management and staff
Support front desk- includes phone coverage, greeting clients/visitors, etc.
Set up meeting, arranging travel plans, filing, manage outgoing/incoming mail
Prepare meeting rooms for client and staff meetings
Proofread misc. documents/proposals
Distribute weekly schedules
Order and restock supplies
5+ years of experience providing administrative support
Experience providing administrative support within an engineering or architecture environment
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Excellent communication skills
MUST have employment stability
Ability to multitask
